I felt extremely comfortable talking through my issues and anxiety's. Not one to want to fuss it was so nice to feel I could talk openly and felt that nothing I said was being judged but was used in a contructive way to help in my progress.

[name removed] has always created a safe space for me I felt have never been judged. [name removed] has been flexible and was helpful to do the CBT therapy on Ms Teams as this has made it more accessible for me as opposed in person. Also much better than being on the phone. The sessions were very helpful as I felt it was tailored to my needs and especially working as a team. I felt the sessions were very flexible and although they were structured [name removed] always has given me the time to to talk through my problems. Due to my CFS I feel it took me longer to process information and to start understanding and the benefit of the CBT. [name removed] and her supervisor allowed longer sessions to allowed me to work through my issues.

All sessions were helpful, open and transparent.

I have been supported with kindness and compassion and the best care. The EDS has empowered me to help myself and action the tools I have to cope.

Nothing. I just wish more people were able to access the service when they need it.

I cannot fault this service. It's absolutely amazing. This wasn't available when I had my first two children, and the difference in my postnatal mental health this time you can't even compare.

Thank you so much to [name removed] who was very kind at my first appointment this morning. I was feeling very anxious and I was worried I would not cope talking to her and that I would have an anxiety attack. I should not have worried as she was very kind and caring and made me feel relaxed. She also really listened to me. I’m feeling more positive already.
